This downloadable murder mystery game drops your guests into a Clue-inspired whodunit set inside a sprawling candlelit manor. Every guest arrives with a secret. Every room holds a clue.
This game is set in the 1930's with references to British currency (pounds). Elements of the Clue board game can be seen throughout, like a piece of evidence being a blueprint of the manor, and characters are a similar style to those in the game, but still original to My Mystery Kit.
Step into Ravenwood Manor, where Lord Slate has been anonymously blackmailed into hosting a dinner party for very particular guests - every one of them carrying a secret worth hiding. The candlelit table is set, the wine is poured, and attendance was never optional. Before the last course is served, someone will be dead. Your guests will piece together a web of blackmail, hidden identities and long-buried crimes to uncover who turned this dinner party into something far more sinister.
This is a downloadable and printable Clue-inspired murder mystery party kit, designed for in-person party games and supporting 7-12 players.

Every guest at Ravenwood Manor tonight was blackmailed into attending, each one carrying a secret they'd rather keep buried:
Lord Slate The reluctant host of tonight's dinner, blackmailed into gathering this group under one roof. Someone wants the truth about his fortune.
Lady Lavender A well-traveled woman with an accent no one can quite place. Refined, poised, and always three steps ahead of everyone in the room.
Dr. Marigold: An eccentric doctor who had their medical license revoked after pushing medical science well past the point of ethics.
Captain Sable A weather-beaten ex-sailor with a loose moral compass and a worse reputation. One job went very wrong, and Sable's been paying for it ever since.
Missy the Maid Bubbly, flirtatious, and far more calculating than anyone gives her credit for. The clumsy act is deliberate. The ambition is real.
Butler Buchanan The quiet, invisible butler who knows every corridor and every secret in Ravenwood Manor - and has plans for what they've heard.
And more suspicious guests to fill every seat at the table.
Remember that all My Mystery Kit murder mystery games can be personalized. Adjust character details and backstories to match your guests, ensuring everyone has a role they’ll love. After purchase, use the customization portal to create a night that feels truly one-of-a-kind.

For my 40th birthday my besties and I went to Palm Springs. We held the Murder Mystery and it was the hit of the weekend. We all had so much fun dressing up as our characters and getting into character. I especially liked that we could personalize it, which made everyone giggle. Thanks for a great night!
We did the Vegas Vendetta for my son's 16th birthday party! We enjoyed this so much! So well put together, no details left out! The responsiveness was super fast when we had any questions! Highly recommend trying this out!
We had a fabulous time!! Our murder night participants really embraced their characters.
We had three guests figure out who the murderer was, but we stumped the others.
As the host, I did not look at the solution, and I was still able to play along with the fun and everything ran smoothly.
Keep up the great work, we hope to do another kit again in the fall!
Such a fun night of mystery! We chose Vegas Vendetta and it was so fun to theme our home for the evening. I have to admit, it took me a while to go through all of the documentation to make sure I understood it! But it was all so well done and organized. We had such a blast! Highly recommend and we will order another one next year!
So fun!! Instructions and objectives were clear to follow, and the team were so rapid with their responses to a couple of queries I had. I also had some last minute guests, and they kindly let me re edit my character list to include them. Doing the set up before (printing, envelopes, props) was fun and the instructions were easy. The game itself was so fun, and it was great that despite being the host I didn’t know who the murderer was. It took us about 3.5 hours to complete. Everyone had such a great time, I will definitely be buying a kit from this company again!
Love the detail and how the characters and process are structured out. We had an absolute blast and this sellers customer service was incredible with the questions I had! 100% recommend!
Our group really enjoyed our mystery! Everything was super organized and easy to follow. We were busy having fun and none of us figured out the murderer (a little it too complicated, IMO), but we didn’t care. There are two issues that you might consider correcting. First, the dark backgrounds on the printing pages are impractical for a print-at-home product. I used an entire print cartridge, and still ran out and needed to go to Staples. Not cool. This would be easily corrected with white background images. Also, our customization included 16 people, which eliminated the role of Wendy the Waitress, however several players had tasks related to Wendy listed in their objectives. This was confusing and should be edited. Overall a great experience!

Thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback Stacy. Wonderful to hear you had a great time - the photos are amazing!
We’ve since added print-friendly versions with lighter backgrounds to all of our kits, so hosts can avoid using excessive printer ink.
On the character point, this is something we’re mindful of. Some characters remain part of the storyline even if they aren’t assigned to a guest, which is why they may still appear in objectives. We also keep this consistent because some hosts adjust character assignments close to their event, and this helps ensure no key information gets lost.
Thanks again for raising this with us - feedback like yours helps us keep improving our kits, and we’re so glad you had a great night hosting.
Oh my gosh, we had so much fun with this! Lovely communication with the seller, Erika too. I highly recommend!
We just did this party Saturday night and it was awesome! Our group decided that we are going to do another one of her murder mysteries. Everything was so planned out unfortunately one of the characters could not make it, and it ended up being that she was the murderer, which had nothing to do with the product. I just wanted to mention that if somebody does not show that it does make a big difference in how the evening plays out. However , we still had a great time. This was the first one that I had ever hosted and all of the people that I invited had never done a murder mystery , we loved it. Everything in the kit was so planned out- I just printed it all . I will definitely be ordering another one in the near future .
My daughter suggested I play this murder mystery game for my special birthday and it was a hit! The characters were really fun to play and the plot was well thought out. Definitely would recommend!
This kit was easy to set up and follow. Loved the link to the playlist! All of our suspects had a blast at the event!! Little touches we added were: a disco ball charcuterie, a murder themed shooter/bevvie at each clue station, and a poster with all the characters on it (totally made this up) with the person’s actual face superimposed. Such a groovy night!
We hosted this murder mystery party last weekend with 12 friends, and it was hands-down the most fun we’ve had in ages! The instructions were clear, and the roles were so well thought out. We all dressed up in funky 70s costumes, which really brought the disco theme to life. I particularly loved how interactive it was. Even the quieter people in our group got really into their characters. The clues were well-paced and just the right amount of challenging. It was a huge hit! People were still talking about it days later!
Im so glad we chose this kit for our murder mystery night with our friends! Everyone loved the personalisation of the characters, and the characters were so fun to play! The documents were well organised too, so knowing what to print out was easy. I’ve tried a few kits from other brands before, and this has been the best so far!
Had an absolute blast hosting my first dinner party with a My Murder Mystery kit. Their customer service was great - they answered some questions I had about the kit and how the personalizations work really fast. The friend group I did it with LOVED IT! Everyone got really into character, they liked the plot and a few people who had done murder mystery parties before said it was the best they've done in terms of having an interesting plot and character depth.
Definitely recommend. Going to do it with a work group in a couple weeks. Thank you!
This (80's Death on the Dance Floor) was a lot of fun! I'd recommend it. These kits seem to be best with smaller groups (our family events are 12-16 people - see note below re: doing this one with 12). There was moderate prep time. To Erika - I'd suggest a "light" version of the drink/bar material as it was pretty hard to read (I printed in color and black & white; BW was a bit better...but really hard to read the delicate and small font; maybe my printer isn't great).
I did it with 12 members of my family, including some teens/20's. Because of relationships amongst the characters that I didn't know about (romantic relationships, affairs), some of the character assignments became a bit awkward but we reminded them that they're playing a character.
We had 12 players. Some are definitely more involved and more key to the plot, with seemingly more to do during the investigation. It also seemed like there were essentially two groups (the character relationships and involvement seemed to naturally split into two groups with a couple "extras" that didn't have much to do). My hunch is this would be better for a group of 8 or 9 if everyone wants to be somewhat equally involved.
Great experience! Perfectly laid out for someone who had no idea what they were doing! Only tip, if you are going to be cooking while doing this, pick a lesser character than the host options.
This was great, the main character does most of the introduction and talking etc so good to be the host. The plot is not an easy one so takes some thinking but a really fun night.
Did this kit for my 23rd birthday. Rented out a house in the middle of nowhere and went crazy with the theme. Was a bit awkward at first, but we opened with a casino song and dance, then everyone let loose and had an amazing time! Would 10/10 recommend. Mixing drinks and accusations was extremely entertaining and left a night to remember!
It was an absolute blast ! Everyone had a lot of fun and went into character really quickly !
If I had one note, I'd say that the divorce paper was not clear as it would've been easier if Celine signed it and not Max ahah.
Other than that, thank you again for all your effort, we had an amazing party because of your scenario !
I purchased this kit to throw my first murder mystery. The directions were easy to follow and everything that was needed was included in the file. I loved the ability to add personal touches which made it unique :)
We had a great time with our party, with a mix of first-timers and experienced gamers! Erika was SO helpful and responsive when I had a few questions about the party format, and it helped everything to go seamlessly. The customization was also such a fun touch!
We kicked off the new year with the 80s themed mystery game and a group of friends (12 players). It was a blast and super entertaining. Everyone showed up in costumes and performed! Game instructions are well done.
An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish.
The game was a huge success with everyone involved — even people I thought wouldn’t be very interested ended up completely immersed in the story and their characters. The script is well written, the roles are engaging and well balanced, and the mystery stays compelling throughout the entire night.
The game is clearly and thoughtfully organized, which makes things much easier for the host, even with a large group. Objectives, clues, and key moments appear at just the right time, creating tension, drama, and lots of memorable moments.
It’s the kind of game that turns a dinner or party into something truly special, full of laughter, wild theories, and constant interaction between players. I would absolutely play it again and highly recommend it to any group looking for a fun and unforgettable experience.
Great fun game with plenty of details for everyone to work with. Also very responsive seller who was available for guidance as we’d not done one before.
Enjoyed the theme and character development. We had 8 people so no one was assigned to the bartender whose role seemed vital in solving the mystery. Most of the characters were suppose to interact with the bartender and that would’ve narrowed it down to the three potential suspects that ordered the ultimate poisonous drink. While we did narrow down who the murderer was, it was really due to process of illumination and not good detective solving.
