Assigning Characters
Assigning guests to characters they enjoy playing significantly enhances the success of the murder mystery party. When deciding who plays which character, consider the following:
-
Introversion vs. Extroversion: Assign characters based on the guest’s comfort level with being in the spotlight.
-
Guest Preferences: Some roles involve public speaking or making drinks. Assign roles accordingly.
-
Pre-existing Relationships: Ensure character pairings won’t create awkward dynamics for guests. Pair friends or acquaintances with comfortable character relationships to foster enjoyable interactions.
